This conference marks the launch of a global initiative aimed at addressing the pressing challenges of research on poor prognosis cancers, with a specific focus on gastrointestinal cancers. By convening a multidisciplinary assembly of leading experts, researchers, policymakers, and healthcare professionals, it seeks to foster innovative solutions and strategies to improve outcomes for patients with poor prognosis cancers. Through collaboration and the sharing of advanced knowledge, we strive to accelerate progress in this critical area of cancer research and treatment.
